Forsaken by Zaken! The premise to all of this sounds like it makes a lot of sense, but their support is non-existant.

The regional manager that was supposed to mentor me and get me started never ever returned one of my calls! When I called Zaken Corp. in California, they told me I had to resolve things here locally.

Unfortunately, by the time I started writing letters for my refund, they refused because it was past their 7-day guarantee. I told them that I went past their 7 day deadline because I really thought that I could make things work (with their cooperation, of course!) they told me - too bad!

Stay far away!

I've seen this mentioned on your sight before - I saw complaints then those that said it was good after all. So, I went ahead and ordered their product. It IS a rip off and a scam - there is no other way to say it or no other way to look at it. Why? They indicate in the materials that they send out to you ahead of time that they will show you how to make long-distance calls for free so that you are not out a lot of money on those calls. How do you make those calls for free? You have to BUY a book that list 800 numbers of companies. They also indicate in their materials that they will give you the advantage by giving you up-to-date contact information so that you don't waste your time. How? You guessed it - BUY a book from them in order to do so. When I called the representative to get my money back I was told I could not do so because it was past the 30 days (which it was). I think such a rip off should be refundable regardless. Anyway, when I mentioned the above things to them the response was: "You don't HAVE to buy anything else if you don't want to." That is a patent answer to such problems. These companies lead you on indicating that you can be successfull and that they will help you do so with these incredible ways to put you ahead of others trying to do the same thing with other companies. However, to do so, you have to pay more $$! Even some of their things come with the "gurantee" that money spent on some of these items are fully refunded after you have done 2 or 3 deals (I think it's 3). My thought is this: how many people actually make 3 deals? If the facts were presented, I'm sure it's not many at all. Simply put - THIS IS A SCAM AND A RIP OFF. No doubt about it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
