I am a single mother of one young child and I only have my income only. Which is $21,000 a year. Living in California. My credit is a mess. (due to being very irresponsible) But now I am making to efforts to clean up my life and make it better. So, I have bought almost EVERY program and have gone to just about every seminar about buying a home with "No money down" not only did these programs not work for me I spent money that I really didn't have. I used all of my saving to buy all of these courses and I found them to be very difficult to use and they were not speaking my language. I wanted the make a better life for my child and I. Also, to leave him something when I go on. I was just really excited to find your website. And I would like you to know that I appreciated all of your constructive criticism about these "gurus" of real estate. I now have my eyes wide open. Thanks again..... For the past ten years, starting in 1996, I have been losing at least $150,000 in over seventy those ripping-off home-based businesses, including MLM, networking (SFI, nutrition, air purifier, DISCOVER TOYS.), currency rolling, note finding, SMC. In 1996 or 1997 (?), FBI even came to my apartment in Minneapolis to investigate a few programs that a money ripping-off guy repetitively hold seminars at the hotels of big cities in US, teaching people how to build home-based business. My money-loss was not limited to purchasing the programs alone, but also, most part, was spending money in printing and advertising, etc., that was, foolishly followed the instructions attempting to "marketing". This time and money consuming marketing work made my money loss ten to one hundred times as quickly as spending money on purchasing money-making programs. Most of those famous guru's names appearing in your websites are not new to me at all because I've purchased most of their programs and spending money on testing it. Yet, they have been proved to be all failed. I appreciate your insightful opinions and experience in testing them!
