Girls Gone Wild ®

Everybody has seen the Girls Gone Wild ® commercials on late night tv. For years the provocative ads have been inviting viewers to buy tapes and DVD's of College Girls and others "going wild!" The owner Joe Francis has made Millions and Millions from the marketing of these tapes, but now there is a contraversy surrounding the business practices of the company.

We normally just review business opportunities, but we also try to warn consumers as a public service when there is a widespread problem and this certainly falls into that category.

Here is the deal with Girls Gone Wild ® : When you watch the commercial, it advertises these DVD's for the price of $9.99 and you expect that you will get one and only one of the programs, unless of course they are offering a Bonus, then you expect to get that too, but that is not the case.

If you watch the commercial very closely you will see some VERY fine print that states something like: Future programs 19.99 plus shipping and handling CANCEL ANYTIME. This statement flashes for a couple of seconds and then it is gone.

The company claims that this is conspicuous disclosure as required by law, but unless you are looking for it, chances are you will not see it because you might be looking at something else, if you know what I mean! So, what is all this about anyway?

Well, when you order the programs advertised on the commercial you will receive them and your credit card will be charged the appropriate amount. But...in about a month you will receive another program that you did not order. The reason for this is that the fine print, that you probably did not see, according to the company, authorizes your enrollment in the Girls Gone Wild subscription service!

There have been thousands of complaints from consumers who stated that they were not aware that they were signing up for anything. In an attempt to cancel, they called the number provided and only got a recorded message. Without any recourse many people have been forced to cancel their credit cards to stop the charges.

Joe Francis, the founder and owner of Girls Gone Wild ® and girlsgonewild.com has recently been sued, citing deceptive trade practices. It is alledged that there are Millions of dollars in unauthorized charges and many are seeking to get their money back.

The message is obvious, ALWAYS read the fine print and check your statement very carefully each month or you may have some Girls going wild with your credit card!

You might also consider adding another stream of income to your bank account and then you can buy whatever you want. I have tried and tested hundreds of online opportunities and ONLY ONE still provides a Rock Solid Income. To see it for yourself Click Here
