It was suppose to be a complete package, including website setup, support team, etc. Once I received the package, none of this was included. I started receiving phone calls, pushing me to attend a seminar for 3 days with a cost ranging from $2,500 to $10,000. This was a constant nightmare. Finally, I realized that this was a bogus indeavor that I had gotten myself into. I asked that they stop calling me and the only person making money with this is Russ Dalbey. _____________________________

Is your review based on FIRSTHAND information?: Yes Russ Dalbey's Winning in the cash flow business is much harder than it sounds. Too many note sellers chasing after too few buyers. At present they have over 800 notes listed for sale on their web site. I ask you this, if the notes were being purchased by investors within a day or two as they say, how would so many notes be listed. A couple of weeks after I enrolled, I was contacted by an "affiliate" of Russ Dolby in Utah, and was told they were looking for a few people to work with on a one on one coaching basis. They would help me obtain 5 note deals and I was to give them $6700 dollars! I explained that I was presently out of work and had little income. They had the audicity to suggest I charge the $6700 on my credit card and send it to them, a total stranger! They reasoned I would make it back on the 5 note deals. When I suggested that they work with me for free they scoffed. I canceled my enrollment the next day as I was turned off by the proposal and was told that it would take 2 to 3 weeks for a refund after they receive the materials. I sent everything back and am waiting for a refund. If I don't get my refund the State Attorney Generals Office will hear about it as well as the Better business bureau. The infomercial is misleading as the testimonials from people that have made money were done with the help of coaching and a lot of assistance. They don't tell you that part though. Only a small percentage of people who sign up for this course actually make any money. The people who operate this "business" are the ones making all the money. _____________________________

I saw your web site on Yahoo, I was looking at Russ Dalby and Carlton sheets. I found the commets on Russ Dalby organization very ironic because I had experienced almost the exact same thing. After I purchased, but BEFORE I received the material, I got several calls. The first caller wanted $6000, second caller $4000 etc. When i got the material I still did not know how to go about maketing this program.

I have read the reviews on Russ Dalbey. I ran into the same problems I had the same calls before I recieved the Program. When I tried to make a deal that we split the profits after the notes sell they were not intested. They just wanted the money. I bought the program once I recieved it I fond out I needed to buy more and more to get started. This was a waste of money and time that I did not have.
